Live-Stream Donations Lessons
The January Live-Stream Lessons course is now up and running and registration for it is currently closed.
The details of the course are below and depending on the success of it, I may run another absolute beginners course.

Learning music should be available to anyone and everyone. And although private lessons are the best option, not everyone has the resources to commit to that.
So to make guitar playing accessible to everyone, I’m going to run live-streamed, donation based lessons, starting on:

How it will work
I will run a live streamed lesson at the same time every week, approximately in line with the UK school term times. If you are interested in joining, please sign up using the form at the bottom of the page and after that, all you need to do is go to my YouTube channel at the right time. If there is enough interest from overseas, then I will look to run lessons at a time that suits as many guitarists as possible.
Who it's open to
The idea is to make it available to anyone who hasn't got the resources for private lessons (children or adults) but wants tuition to help guide their development. If your child is going to join, I’d strongly encourage an adult to sit in with them if possible to help with certain aspects (even if it’s new to you as well).
What will you learn?
The guitar is an incredibly versatile instrument, but all styles start in a similar way and can be played on any guitar (although some guitars lend themselves to certain styles). We’ll start using a fingerstyle approach and learn to read notation, thereby developing a fundamental understanding of music, notes and how they relate to the guitar.
What about the donations?
I have set up a donations page, so if you feel you got something from the lesson and you are happy to donate, then you will be able to do so. If you can’t afford to, that’s also fine.
When are you starting these lessons?
Thurs 11th Jan 2024 @ 6:15pm. This gives me time to create all the materials needed and put the word out to make this idea available to as many aspiring guitarists as possible.
